Almost a quilt

I spent 24 hours with these girls on the weekend. Always lots of fun, copious amounts of food & some serious stitching productivity. I worked non-stop on this quilt:
Awful photos as it is a miserable, dull day here, but you get the idea. Just need to add a white border & this top will be done.
The pattern is 'Ava Rose' by Hatched & Patched, the fabrics mostly 'Barefoot Roses' by Tanya Whelan from this stash that has been sitting around looking pretty for far too long!

  12. I don't think it's possible to take a bad picture of a quilt? The setting with the white sashings makes it so crisp and allows those lovely fabrics to just shine!

    I especially love the little red polka dot corners of each square.
    Really adds a little 'something' to the overall quilt.

  23. Oh my goodness...EXQUISITE!! I have had a huge stash of Barefoot Roses for a long time now just waiting until I saw the right quilt pattern...thank you for the idea! Now...I just have to add it to the other 138 projects waiting for me to do!
