You know life’s been busy …

… when your Google Reader count hits 1000+ unread posts! Mercifully, I had a quiet Monday at home, catching up on some ‘around the house’ stuff.

On the stitching front, I added an occasional stitch to this little panel. It is from Leanne Beasley’s ‘Vignette in Stitches’ project. I intend to use it for a cover for my diary.
I have been fiddling with some ‘Hullabaloo’ Dresden plates. It is a sweet new range by ‘Urban Chiks’ for Moda.
And I pause every now and then to enjoy my Mother's Day flowers from my nine-year-old blossie!
I’ve not made much progress on the 1000+ unread posts. I confess, sometimes life means I have to ‘mark all as read’ and start afresh!

  3. hee! hee! hee! I do that regularly - I start frantically clicking through, and then think oh drats - and zip along. All done! Isn't that awful! :-0 But your dresden plate - very lovely. I think it's my favourite block and every time I make some, I fall in love all over again.

  7. I usually click on the Read All when I reach more than a hundred entries.

Make sure you check those blogs that you have to read by choosing the blogs under subscriptions.

  8. LOVE those mothers day flowers. I made pop up cards with flowers with all the preps. They were good too. I might hunt out a photo to post.

  9. Don't sweat about the number of blog posts in Reader! It shows you HAVE a life that does not revolve around the computer.
