Freshly baked

Have you got your party frocks pressed and ready for our Dinner Party?
 
Just dropping in to let you know that my Moda Bake Shop Progressive Dinner spot for January 20 will be online at 8am Central Time for US visitors, which is actually 1am January 21 for us Aussies! Just as well we are good for a late night party here in Aus! See you then ...

  12. I love the old pattern. Recently I saw a teenage girl in the fabric store with some similar patterns. She was making dresses for herself--she thought they were so cool, which I thought was so cool.

  26. Hi, I love all Moda pre-cut are fantastic, is an extraordinary way to have a complete collection of fabrics with a low cost, and so that you can make each project with a different collection.

    Such an exiting giveaway. I just know about the moda Bake Shop a few month and love the patterns and all the precuts that gives you an opportunity to use thes gorgeous fabrics in an affordable way and think of combinations. I learn a lot.

  86. The dress patterns are gorgeoius! It reminds me of my wedding dress... I got married 9 Oct 2009 and made a vogue pattern originally released in 1947. I can still fit into it too! Ready to have a cocktail and meet a whole bunch of new sewing friends!

  89. I have stopped by several times, maybe some confusion with the day and time - but like everyone - I remember very similar patterns - my mother, grandmother, aunts. It was the style and most women sewed their own clothes. I will check back later and even tomorrow.

    I love the pattern reminds me of something I might have seen my mum wear although it would have been churchyfied (is that a word, Baptist church 1960's)
