Is his belly swollen? any nausea/ vomiting? Any of these should be investigated post bowel surgey. Also if he is needing regular analgesia then take him to the gp, he should not need the paracetamol/nurofen every 4 hours.
love your felt, and im nearly finished doing your sweet menagerie nine patch design from ages ago!Mrs Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03109885833512528798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179563292110008972.post-74928092578103353082010-10-12T14:36:18.170+11:002010-10-12T14:36:18.170+11:00I agree with Allie, go to the docs again... infect...I agree with Allie, go to the docs again... infection can still be there... and you can take panadol then two hours later take some Nurefin and then 3 hours later take Panadol and repeat this every 3 hours
hope he gets well soon.
husg Dawn x xDawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02712444425659021256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179563292110008972.post-24078915723787506522010-10-12T07:53:51.160+11:002010-10-12T07:53:51.160+11:00I hope your son gets better soon!I hope your son gets better soon!Mãe da Ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05294737864735193358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179563292110008972.post-41247704166278060182010-10-11T23:26:02.697+11:002010-10-11T23:26:02.697+11:00did they hit a nerve in surgery? I had mine out when I was in 6th grade, it burst, and was in the hospital for 2 weeks - then another month at home to recover, but I didn't really want to go back to school so I prolonged it. I also refused to get out of bed in the hospital and my abdominal muscles got all kinked up.

Does he have any nausea or fever with the pain? If so, get him in immediately. If not, then I'd just schedule a visit, to make sure everything's progressing like it should.
